Panasonic Visual Solutions division has launched a training programme exclusively designed for visual professionals, such as resellers, system integrators, AV rental companies and distributors.
The Panasonic training programme includes several levels to develop Panasonic visual product knowledge and gain special certifications.
Split between projectors and display, Panasonic partners can engage in free online training sessions through the academy portal to gain Visual Professional certification.
Following successful completion of the Visual Professional certification, face to face training is made available to gain Expert, and Advanced Expert (projector only) certification, which takes place at the Panasonic European headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Panasonic European training manager Siegmar Küll commented: “Greater product knowledge is always a significant asset to any business. It’s the basis for more efficient, more accurate customer service, for creating opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and for establishing a tangible advantage over the competition.”
“The projector Advanced Expert training, for example, offers participants deeper knowledge on special functions such as edge blending, colour matching, portrait mode, laser technology, geometric adjustment with our high brightness projectors.”
The training programme will be launched at ISE 2015, with introductory sessions held throughout the event.
