Oblong gives European debut to Mezzanine solution at ISE 2015 (VIDEO)

Oblong Industries showcased their Mezzanine conferencing and collaboration solution at ISE 2015 after debuting the technology at InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas.

Oblong Industries showcased its Mezzanine conferencing and collaboration solution at ISE 2015 after debuting the technology at InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas.

Mezzanine delivers ‘infopresence’ to bring the content and data from multiple meeting participants into a multi-surface, large format, shared digital workspace. It can be accessed by those inside a Mezzanine conference room, connected from another Mezzanine room, or working remotely from a variety of devices including laptops, tablets and smart phones.

Mezzanine goes beyond telepresence and standard videoconferencing solutions to accelerate the ability to share content and boost productivity.

ISE 2015 is the first time the Mezzanine platform has been presented to the European market. Before ISE Mike Brown (pictured), Oblong’s global VP of sales, commented: “We are incredibly excited to introduce Mezzanine to the European audience – following on from the amazing reception we received at InfoComm last year. With our European headquarters in Barcelona and the brand new Oblong Experience Centre in London, it seems a natural progression to take part in ISE 2015. We have a number of exciting projects already in the pipeline across the EMEA region and can’t wait to build on this great foundation.”

He added: “Mezzanine revolutionises the business meeting. It enables multiple participants to share their image, voice, devices, and data simultaneously. Meetings can become so much more productive. Collaboration is easy. Your data and devices are active participants in the meeting. For example, you can create a real-time sales pipeline status war-room, sharing sales dashboard applications and data face-to-face and side-by-side with a globally distributed sales force.”
