The Norfolk-based AV distributor has signed a new contract with visual communications solution provider Radvision. Established in 1992, Radvision provides a comprehensive range of communications products, including video network infrastructure, developer tools, and HD room, desktop and mobile videoconferencing systems.
Commenting on the new deal, Lee Baker, business manager at Midwich, said: “The demand for videoconferencing is growing and the market is now estimated to be worth £180 million, rising to over £450 million by 2015. Travel budgets are being squeezed by economic pressures and the chaos caused by the recent British Airways strikes was compounded by a cloud of dust from an Icelandic volcano that disrupted flights across Europe.
