InfoComm 2017: ZeeVee to showcase latest ZyPer4K AV over IP offering

Video and signal distribution technology manufacturer ZeeVee will showcase its third-generation ZyPer4K AV over IP solution during InfoComm 2017.

The new ZyPer4K is provides pixel-for-pixel reproduction of uncompressed content up to Ultra HD/4K resolution over a standard 10Gb Ethernet network – eliminating the need to consign AV content to a separate network. The introduction of multi-view capability allows ZyPer4K to be used in command and control centres, production facilities, and many other environments that require accuracy and low latency.

ZyPer4K now offers full HDMI 2.0 compatibility including support for 4K HDR10, optional video inputs for display port, 3G-SDI and analogue. In addition, ZyPer4K enables instant switching from one source to another – even at 4K resolutions. ZyPer4K can be used on multiple screens to create a videowall up to 25 displays: the unit automatically scales and adjusts HD or Ultra HD/4K sources without additional hardware or software. Videowalls can even be mixed with stand-alone screens.

The ZeeVee Management platform, MaestroZ, gives integrators with limited IP knowledge the ability to configure rather than program equipment, and its graphical user interface (GUI) allows first-time users to manage deployments quickly and easily without the need for certifications and training.
