The newly built Arena Lublin has installed an audio system using Dynacord electronics, Dante networks and Community Pro speakers. The 15,500-seat football stadium located in Lublin, eastern Poland, is home to Motor Lublin and was built on the land of a former sugar factory.
Tommex Żebrowscy Sp. J. were commissioned to design and install the system. “We designed the system based on Dynacord electronics with Dante protocol networks and Community R SERIES loudspeakers,” said Marcin Zimny, sales director of Tommex. “It’s a combination that gives us outstanding audio quality and proven reliability.”
The control centre of the sound system uses a Dynacord CMS 1600 mixer and Dell PC and operates on an IRIS-Net network.
The main stadium sound system comprises 74 Community R SERIES loudspeakers. “In addition to speech and music quality and all-weather reliability, R SERIES provides accurate dispersion with a wide range of throw and pattern options,” commented Zimny. “For Arena Lublin we achieved exceptionally even coverage of the complete 360-degree seating with 52 R.5-94’s, 20 R.5-66’s and two R2-474’s.”
“The Arena Lublin system delivers the experience fans would expect from a new world-class facility,” concluded Zimny. “Intelligibility is easily maintained above the roar of the crowd, delivering entertainment and safety. With an outstanding venue and clear audio, they can really enjoy football.”
