Samsung Electronics has maintained its position as the leading manufacturer in the global commercial display market for the 17th consecutive year, according to figures from research firm Omdia. The company held a 35.2 percent share by unit sales in 2025, shipping more than 2.5m units – its highest annual total to date.

Samsung first claimed the top position in the commercial display market in 2009. The company says its sustained performance reflects a focus on combining display hardware with cloud and AI-based solutions across retail, corporate, education and hospitality environments.
Hyoung Jae Kim, executive vice president of the Visual Display business at Samsung Electronics, said: “Seventeen years at the top of the commercial display market is the result of listening to our B2B customers and evolving with them. As businesses change, they need technology that is reliable, simple to manage and ready for what’s next. We’ll continue investing in displays and solutions that help our partners work more efficiently and create better experiences in any space.”
