INFiLED to open Brazilian experience centre

INFiLED is launching operations in Brazil, expanding its regional infrastructure with a new experience centre in São Paulo that is designed to support LED display specification, testing and integration for the local AV market. Scheduled to open in March, the experience centre is located in Vila Leopoldina, an area known for creative, broadcast and technology businesses.

The manufacturer says the move will strengthen its presence in Latin America by establishing a permanent technical base in what it describes as one of the region’s most mature LED markets. The São Paulo operation will form part of INFiLED’s wider global network, which already spans close to 90 countries.

The Brazilian operation will be led by Orlando Custódio, CEO of INFiLED Brasil, who brings experience from large-scale commercial, broadcast and retail LED deployments across the country.

Custódio said: “With the Brazilian LED market at an advanced stage of maturity, INFiLED’s arrival in the country is designed to raise the level of technological sophistication available locally. There is increasing pressure on pricing in the market, and the company believes that this can have an impact on long-term performance and reliability.

“Our focus is on providing LED systems supported by a structured local operation and ongoing technical assistance, helping clients address creative and operational challenges throughout the lifecycle of a project.”

INFiLED says the facility is intended to function as a demonstration and development space, allowing AV professionals, consultants and partners to evaluate LED performance characteristics, configurations and workflows in an immersive environment.

According to the company, the centre will also support collaborative project development, enabling closer engagement during system design, content testing and commissioning. The approach aligns with INFiLED’s stated focus on “customer intimacy”, which it describes as prioritising local presence, co-creation and long-term technical support rather than purely product delivery.

The São Paulo base will also provide local engineering support for sectors including broadcast, corporate, advertising and live events, which INFiLED identifies as key growth areas in Brazil.

Eddie Guo, founder and CEO of INFiLED, added: “Establishing a local experience centre in Brazil reflects the company’s view that proximity to customers is important. Having a team on the ground allows faster response times, closer collaboration and better alignment with regional project requirements as we continue to expand across Latin America.”
