Lightware launches new website

Company says its new website is hosted on an AWS cloud server to enhance speed and accessibility, and offers AI-powered search functionality

Lightware, a leader in connectivity solutions for the professional AV industry has unveiled its redesigned website, designed to offer an improved experience for its global customers. The company says the new site features “streamlined navigation, enhanced search functionality, and several upgraded tools to improve accessibility and support”.

The new website is hosted on an AWS cloud server, which Lightware says enhances speed and accessibility from anywhere in the world. Previously hosted on a physical server, the website faced challenges, such as slower speeds in some regions.

Additionally, the new site’s search functionality is powered by an AI engine, designed to learn from user searches.

Lightware says it has a more visually appealing interface and faster load times than the previous one. The redesigned contact page also features an interactive map, helping users locate Lightware’s nearest offices, experience and training centres.

The website is integrated with Lightware’s cloud-based product database and also connects to the Lightware Academy, offering access to training materials. A key enhancement is improved access to downloadable resources. Users can now find all relevant documents directly on the respective product pages.

Lightware is working to make all content accessible on the site in the coming months. In the meantime, users can still access archived content here until June.

Gergely Vida, CEO of Lightware, said: “We are excited to introduce this enhanced website, designed to offer our users a more efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly experience. This is just the beginning, and we welcome feedback from our users as we continuously improve the platform to better support the AV community.”
