Kinetic Technologies joins the SDVoE Alliance as a new adopting member

Company develops and markets innovative, high-performance analog and mixed-signal power management and AV conversion semiconductor

The SDVoE Alliance, a nonprofit consortium of technology providers collaborating to standardise the adoption of Ethernet to transport AV signals in professional AV environments, has announced that Kinetic Technologies has joined the SDVoE Alliance as an adopting member.

Kinetic Technologies designs, develops and markets innovative, high-performance analog and mixed-signal power management and AV conversion semiconductors. Headquartered in California, Kinetic Technologies provides proprietary technology for a variety of markets, including consumer, communications, industrial, automotive and enterprise. Kinetic Technologies’ circuits transform, regulate, deliver and monitor the power consumed by analog and digital semiconductors and other electronic loads, and also switch, transform and protect high resolution video, audio and data signals.

“We are excited to welcome Kinetic Technologies to the SDVoE Alliance,” said Justin Kennington, president of the SDVoE Alliance. “Kinetic Technologies is deeply invested in providing highly efficient, integrated technologies that enable end users the ability to reduce energy use. I’m especially excited to see how other SDVoE members integrate Kinetic’s powerful USB-C solutions for video into their AVoIP products. As a member of the SDVoE Alliance, we look forward to collaborating with Kinetic Technologies to further accelerate their advancements in USB-C and energy efficient technologies.”

Yehia Beydoun, director of Product Marketing at Kinetic Technologies, added: “Kinetic is pleased to announce its membership in the SDVoE Alliance, and we are excited to introduce the addition of a USB-C port to the already highly scalable AV transmission SDVoE offers through its Ethernet-based solutions. We are confident that our collaboration with the SDVoE Alliance will further enhance users’ AV experiences, and we look forward to exploring more opportunities for cooperation.
