Black Box, a platinum certified solution provider for Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone, has announced its recent certification to sell and implement Zoom Customer Experience (CX). Zoom’s CX solutions are designed to provide personalised customer experiences while enhancing agent productivity and operational efficiency.
