Powersoft and MI Engineering sign distribution deal for Thailand

The deal will expand on the relationship between the two companies to include the Thailand market

Powersoft has announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with MI Engineering for the Thailand market.

Part of the Mahajak Group, MI Engineering specialises in audio solutions for a range of projects such as home cinema and fixed installations, and has been a partner to Powersoft since being introduced at the start of 2020.

Arthur So, APAC account manager for Powersoft, said, “We are really pleased to have MI Engineering on board as a partner in the Powersoft family. They are a very well-known and reputable company in Thailand, with a breadth of experience in the South East Asia pro audio scene. From the very first meeting in their office, I was impressed how knowledgeable the teams were about audio solutions and their customers’ requirements.”

Attapol Praisri, MI Engineering’s product manager – professional audio division, added, “Powersoft’s amplifier platforms fit perfectly into our organisation. The ArmoníaPlus software in particular is incredibly useful to us, as the remote capabilities save users time in large system solutions, such as those with complex speaker management.

“Conference systems are definitely in high demand and will continue to grow as a vertical,” he continued. “It’s where ArmoníaPlus is particularly useful. You need to be able to rely on your conference system infrastructure, and ArmoníaPlus delivers that flexibility and reliability consistently.”
