L-Acoustics has established a global real estate division to lead a centralised strategy for its international corporate, R&D, and commercial facilities. The move is intended to align the company’s physical infrastructure with its ongoing growth and technological innovation.
Led by newly appointed global real estate director Gérald Yven, the real estate division will manage all aspects of site acquisition, facility renovation, and the design and construction of purpose-built spaces such as creative studios and showrooms. L-Acoustics says the new structure will help ensure consistent implementation of brand and technical standards across all locations.

The division’s remit goes beyond facility management, encompassing long-term strategic planning across multiple territories, including site selection and sustainability-focused design. It also supports the integration of specialist environments for demonstration and training, such as those featuring L-ISA immersive audio technology.
Recent projects under the division’s direction include a new global corporate office in Massy, France, freeing up the company’s Marcoussis HQ to expand R&D operations. Other developments include a creative studio at Rock Lititz in the US, expansions at production sites in France and Germany, and a second innovation centre in London. L-Acoustics is also implementing solar energy systems across all company-owned buildings in France with the aim of achieving net-zero energy use.
Hervé Guillaume, co-CEO at L-Acoustics, said: “The establishment of our global real estate division represents a critical step in supporting L-Acoustics growth trajectory. By centralising our real estate strategy, we can ensure that every facility – from our corporate headquarters to our international studios – reflects our commitment to innovation and provides an optimal environment for our teams to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.”
Yven brings a background in finance and project management, with experience at Generali and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. His team includes Nassieba Adref, head of maintenance operations, and Camille Bertrand, real estate project manager.
Yven added: “Our centralised real estate strategy allows us to create spaces that foster collaboration, innovation, and well-being for our teams, which directly translates to better service and support for our clients and partners.
“We’re also committed to responsible facility management that minimises waste and optimises spending, ensuring every facility decision we make is guided by both sustainability and how it enables L-Acoustics to better serve the global audio community.”
