KV2 held an open day to showcase its audio products at the Ballroom Goshen, PIK Elang Laut, in North Jakarta, Indonesia, on July 10. Organised in collaboration with distributor Goshen Swara Indonesia, the ‘Hear the KV2 Difference – KV2 Audio Open Day’ was the first in a series of demo events for audio engineers, system designers and integrators, in Jakarta.
The day was opened by Franky Cahyadi, sales director, Goshen Swara Indonesia, who discussed the importance of critical listening and understanding. This was followed by a virtual welcome from Sascha Khelifa, sales and marketing director for KV2.
The demonstrations and technical talks were led by Leo Tanzil, technical support director and product specialist. He encouraged guests to move around the room to find their optimal listening positions.
An A/B testing session allowed attendees to compare KV2 systems to those of alternative brands. All systems on display were powered by KV2 amplifier lines and a VHD4.21 subwoofer. Guests were invited to play their own music through the systems for a more personal evaluation.
The event wrapped up with an open session, giving visitors the opportunity to mingle and explore the portfolio at their own pace, with an extra demo session provided for those wanting to learn more.
George Krampera Jr, CEO, KV2, said: “Events like these are essential. They give people the opportunity to truly hear the difference, which simply can’t be communicated through brochures or websites. It was a perfect example of how real-world demonstrations can cut through the marketing noise and deliver genuine impact.”
