Shure begins shipping IntelliMix Bar Pro for larger meeting rooms

Microsoft Teams-certified all-in-one collaboration bar combines AI video framing and onboard audio processing for medium and large spaces

Shure has begun shipping its IntelliMix Bar Pro, a Microsoft Teams-certified all-in-one collaboration bar and touch panel designed for medium and large meeting rooms.

The Android-based system combines Shure’s IntelliMix View AI video framing with onboard IntelliMix audio processing, providing audio and video capture from a single device. The system is designed to capture speech, facial expressions and other visual cues across the meeting room, including participants seated close to the display and at the far end of the table.

Shure is positioning the improved quality and consistency of those inputs as increasingly important as organisations use meeting transcripts, summaries and AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and Facilitator.

“Every transcript, summary and AI-generated insight begins with what your room’s devices can hear and see,” said Sam Sabet, chief technology officer at Shure. “When the inputs are clean, confidence in the outputs increases, and this becomes even more important when collaborating with AI agents.”

IntelliMix audio processing is used to isolate voices and minimise background noise, while IntelliMix View automatically frames meeting participants to maintain visibility during calls.

The IntelliMix Bar Pro is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), Microsoft’s Android-based platform for enterprise collaboration devices, and has achieved Certified for Microsoft Teams status.

IT teams can remotely manage, control and update the system using ShureCloud, with support for enterprise management platforms including Pro Management Portal and ServiceNow.

“For IT teams, success isn’t just delivering reliable AI outcomes in one room. It’s delivering them consistently across every room,” said Susy Liem, vice president, collaboration and conferencing at Shure. “We’re giving IT teams an enterprise-ready solution that simplifies deployment while delivering the data clarity needed to unlock the full value of Microsoft Teams, Copilot and Facilitator.”
