QSC has broadened its Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform, releasing a suite of upgrades including new network cameras, augmented audio I/O (input/output) modules, enhanced switch hardware and software features to support hybrid collaboration and large AV projects.

The NC Series cameras, namely NC‑90 and NC‑Pro15x, integrate AI and optics advances into the Q‑SYS environment. The company says NC‑90 is an ePTZ camera with onboard intelligence suited for compact collaboration rooms, while NC‑Pro15x, co‑developed with Canon, addresses higher-demand settings with production-grade imaging.
To scale audio capacity, QSC has unveiled new QIO Series audio I/O expanders models, such as QIO‑ML24i, QIO‑L24o and QIO‑24f provide additional analogue audio ports, GPIO support, and dual network connectivity. These aim to reduce wiring complexity in installations like large venues and institutional spaces.
That’s accompanied by NS Series Gen 2 switch enhancements, supporting more robust network backbones for Q‑SYS deployments. On the software side, QSC is introducing Space Utilisation in its a cloud-based management tool, Q‑SYS Reflect. The new feature is designed to aggregate calendar, sensor and system usage data to help operators optimise usage and address “ghost meetings”. The Q‑SYS Library, replacing the older Asset Manager, gives users browser‑based access to verified plugins, UCIs and templates.
Sanjay Kulkarni, vice president of product management, QSC, said: “We are excited to empower our customers to enable enhanced hybrid collaboration and power mission‑critical live events when combining these new products and features with a true Full Stack AV Platform.”
