Absen has unveiled the PL Plus V2X Series, the latest evolution of its Polaris Series for indoor rental and staging applications. Designed for rental companies, production teams and system integrators, the series is engineered to meet the demands of live entertainment, corporate events, touring productions and broadcast environments, with improvements to image quality, colour accuracy and panel-to-panel consistency.
The PL Plus V2X Series offers brightness up to 1,200 nits, a 95 per cent DCI-P3 wide colour gamut and a 7,680Hz refresh rate intended to provide smooth on-camera performance while reducing flicker at low brightness levels. The series includes flat, curved, L-shaped and flexible panel options, enabling event professionals to build custom stages, immersive environments and architectural LED installations. Absen says panel-to-panel uniformity has been improved through same-batch LEDs and colour-matched mask controls during manufacturing.
