ST Engineering Antycip appoints new CEO

Benoit Rolland has been appointed as Antycip's new CEO, effective 1 March 2025, as Michel Pronier, who has led the company for over 27 years, retires from the role

ST Engineering Antycip (Antycip) has announced the appointment of Benoit Rolland (pictured) as its new CEO, effective 1st March 2025. Michel Pronier, who has led the company for over 27 years, will retire from the role.

Benoit Rolland joins Antycip with over 25 years of experience in the simulation industry and a strong connection to Antycip, having previously served in a leadership role with the company. Rolland’s extensive background includes leadership roles in strategic planning, project management, business development and client relations.

Benoit Rolland said: “I have had the privilege of working alongside Michel Pronier for many years, and I am deeply honoured to take up this role. Antycip is not just an industry leader; it’s a company with an extraordinary potential for growth and innovation. My vision is to build on our legacy of technological excellence, while driving forward new initiatives that empower our customers and foster deeper collaboration. I am excited to return to the Antycip family and build upon Michel’s remarkable achievements.”

Michel Pronier added: “It has been a true privilege to lead Antycip through such a transformative journey. As I step into retirement, I do so with immense pride in what we’ve accomplished and with great confidence in Benoit Rolland.”

He concluded: “Having worked with Benoit in the past, I know he possesses the vision, passion, and expertise to lead the company into an exciting future. I leave Antycip in excellent hands, and I look forward to its continued success.”
