Shure has announced three senior leadership changes, including two new vice presidents and the elevation of a long-serving company officer to its executive staff.

Phil McPhee joins as vice president of operations and chief supply chain officer, bringing more than two decades of global leadership experience across operations, manufacturing and supply chain in the pro and consumer audio industries. He will oversee Shure’s global operations division and supply chain functions.

Jerome Nolasco has been named vice president of information technology, with more than 25 years of enterprise IT leadership experience spanning digital transformation, ERP and CRM implementation, and enterprise AI governance.
Althea Ricketts, who has been with Shure for more than 30 years, has been appointed to the executive staff in her existing capacity as vice president of corporate initiatives, with responsibility for inclusion, diversity, equity and access strategies, sustainability, and the programme management office. Ricketts was named president of WAVIT (Women in AV/IT) in 2025.
