Liam Richards has joined Polar Audio as technical support engineer. Prior to this he studied sound design technology at The University of Hertfordshire where he specialised in live sound and sound for films. While studying for his degree he worked as a stage manager and a lighting and sound technician for local festivals and theatre groups.
Richards will report to Jon Dew-Stanley, technical director, and will be responsible for providing technical support on all of Polar Audio’s product ranges. Dew-Stanley commented: “Liam has been appointed to strengthen our technical support team and will be putting his experience of acoustics in the live sound environment to good use. He has been brought on board to further improve the quality of service and support time received by our customer base.”
