Martin Audio enhances US technical support

Based in New York City, Jay Eigenmann joins Americas team as a product support engineer to enhance technical assistance for customers

Martin Audio has expanded its US-based product support team with the addition of experienced sound engineer and production manager Jay Eigenmann, in a move that the company says is designed to enhance its technical assistance for installation and touring customers.

Working primarily across the Americas, Eigenmann will provide product and application support, including system design, commissioning, event support, service calls and training.

Based in New York City, Eigenmann has had a long association with the brand. As production director and chief audio engineer at (Le) Poisson Rouge (LPR) in Greenwich Village, he oversaw the installation of a comprehensive Martin Audio system.

Jay Eigenmann, product support engineer, Martin Audio, said: “While it wasn’t the first time I had spec’ed Martin Audio in general, it was the first time doing so for an installation.”

Since then, he has continued to collaborate with Martin Audio, assisting with service, events and commissioning, as well as specifying the company’s systems for a variety of installations and special events.

Eigenmann added: “I have always enjoyed working on MA systems. I admire the brand’s products, unique philosophy and the people. It’s an amazing time to be at Martin Audio with our best line up ever, and an exciting trajectory for the near future. I’m looking forward to being a part of all that’s to come.”
