Lightware Visual Engineering has announced the appointment of Roger Takacs as executive vice president of sales at Lightware Americas and the promotion of Marc Jones to national sales director for the United States.
In his new role, Takacs will be responsible for leading Lightware’s sales teams across North, Central, and South America, driving strategy, and fostering relationships with key clients to expand its market presence.
Takacs brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to this role. Since joining Lightware in 2022, he has served as VP of education, where he has focused on fostering growth in the global educational market.

Marc Jones joined Lightware in 2023 and worked as regional sales manager for the Southeast US. In this role, he developed and implemented sales strategies and built customer relationships.
