Iagona announces new MD of strategy and development

The French manufacturer of self-service kiosks has appointed Franck Racapé, a former VP of global communications at PPDS, to accelerate its growth

Iagona, a French manufacturer of self-service kiosks, has announced the appointment of Franck Racapé as managing director strategy and development. Formerly VP of global communications at PPDS before his departure last year, Racapé will be responsible for driving and accelerating Iagona’s strategic transformation.

The company serves a variety of sectors, including retail, banking, public administration, corporate businesses, quick-service restaurants (QSR), healthcare facilities, hospitality, and transportation.

Franck Racapé said: “I am absolutely thrilled to join the team at Iagona on the journey to achieve exponential growth.
