Hewshott, the acoustics, technology and theatre consultancy, has appointed Robert Smulling as a West Coast-based principal to expand its US operations. The move follows the launch of the company’s US office in 2021 and is designed to support growing demand for Hewshott’s acoustics, technology and theatre consulting services across the region.
Smulling brings nearly four decades of experience as a theatre consultant, architectural lighting designer and project manager. He has worked on the design and technical integration of theatres, auditoria, studios and public-assembly venues.
