AV technology integrator Diversified has appointed media veteran Zach Toback as vice president of business development, hospitality and lifestyle, to lead the company’s expanding focus on technology solutions for the global hospitality sector.
Toback brings three decades of operational experience from roles at The Walt Disney Company, ABC, and NBCUniversal. At Disney, he served as vice president of production and studio operations, managing complex technical ecosystems at scale — a background Diversified says is key to delivering guest experiences across resorts, casinos, cruise ships and themed attractions.
As part of Diversified’s Advisory Services team, Toback will spearhead strategy for the integration of IPTV systems, digital signage networks, large-scale experiential platforms and AV infrastructure across luxury destinations worldwide.
