AtlasIED adds director of commercial audio sales

US-based manufacturer has appointed Joey Palkowitch to promote growth and channel engagement across key vertical markets

AtlasIED has appointed Joey Palkowitch as director of commercial audio sales, tasking him with leading the company’s commercial audio strategy and market development activities.

The manufacturer develops audio and communication systems for commercial environments, with a focus on sectors including education, corporate, industrial and hospitality. In his new role, Palkowitch will oversee sales growth and channel engagement across these verticals.

Palkowitch brings more than a decade of experience in commercial audio, having worked across manufacturer and distribution organisations serving integrators, consultants and end users in the professional AV sector.

AtlasIED says his responsibilities will include working closely with its internal sales teams, independent manufacturer representatives and strategic partners, with an emphasis on strengthening channel relationships and supporting targeted market expansion.

The role is also intended to provide a direct link between the field and AtlasIED’s product and engineering teams, helping to inform future product development based on integrator feedback and deployment challenges.

Michael Peveler, vice president, sales at AtlasIED, said: “Joey’s understanding of the commercial AV landscape and his customer-focused approach are well aligned with how the company works as it continues to develop its presence in key markets.”

Joey Palkowitch, director of commercial audio sales at AtlasIED, added: “AtlasIED has a strong reputation for reliability and customer support. I’m looking forward to working with partners across the channel and helping them address real-world audio requirements with solutions they can depend on.”
