Ashly appoints EMEA sales manager

Ashly Audio has appointed industry veteran Mike van der Logt of 4M4You to serve as its sales manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In response to growing demand in foreign markets that has prompted a complete sales reorganisation, Ashly Audio has appointed industry veteran Mike van der Logt of 4M4You, to serve as its sales manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in the Netherlands, Van der Logt has over 25 years of experience in the industry providing product and relationship advice to pro audio manufacturers. He will travel the region on behalf of Ashly to strengthen and expand business with existing distributors and develop new relationships to sustain and build sales momentum.

“Mike has extensive product knowledge, creative ideas for product applications, and a solid history of sales success,” said Mark Wentling, CEO at Ashly. “He has a proven ability to develop sales in both new and existing markets, strong analytical and planning skills, and excellent rapport with people and cultures across EMEA. Mike develops meaningful relationships with clients and turns them into solid partners.

“Ashly Audio would also like to thank Peter Malech of PM Distribution Germany, for his many years of exemplary representation of Ashly in the EMEA. While Peter is stepping down from his Ashly duties, and assisting in this transition, PM Distribution will also continue on with EMEA representation for other manufacturers.”

“Ashly has been in business for forty years and has a serious legacy in the industry,” said van der Logt. “Ashly’s track record and famous reliability has earned them a lot of loyalty, and I’m excited to build on that kind of success. There is a lot to talk about in Ashly’s extensive product line, from the established workhorses – like the modular ne24.24M processor – to exciting new advances – like the nX-Series amplifiers, which pack tremendous power, higher channel counts, plus Ethernet control, Network Audio, and DSP into just a 2-rack space footprint.”
