Yamaha will be exhibiting a number of new products at ISE from its Commercial Installation Solutions (CIS) range.
On show will be products in its SWP1 series, which Yamaha claims is the first range of network switches designed and produced specifically for the professional audio industry. The SWP1 series offers a comprehensive set of Ethernet features, and plug and play operation. Flipping a single DIP switch allows an optimised Dante setup to be instantly recalled, which is useful for audio engineers with no IP networking expertise.
This series is also compatible with Dante equipment from Yamaha and other manufacturers, with a dedicated Yamaha Audio Network Monitor application for Windows computers providing a comprehensive view of the parameters required for Dante network management.
Alongside the existing CIS line-up, Yamaha will also be showcasing additions to its range of CIS loudspeakers and mixer amplifiers. All Yamaha’s CIS products can be integrated into any installed audio system, as well as with Yamaha’s digital mixing consoles, Dante-based I/O options and other products.
