Tech Tours provide unique insight into leading Netherlands AV installations

Visitors to ISE 2018 looking to get an exclusive insight into some of The Netherlands’ leading technology-driven projects will have the opportunity to participate in two Tech Tours taking place before and during the exhibition.

The specially curated trips reveal the details behind unique, local projects, including client objectives, why, how and where technology is used and the core design principals and its implementation within the project.

The first Tech Tour our will explore ‘The Canon of the Netherlands’ (pictured) at the Open Air Museum in Arnhem. It takes place on 5 February between 13:00 and 18:00. The exhibition examines Dutch history since the Stone Age, bringing together historical objects on loan from a variety of museum collections. The installation features intensive deployments of the latest audiovisual, IT network and display technologies. The client and its technical systems designer, Rapenburg Plaza, will jointly lead the tour.

The second Tech Tour is scheduled for ‘This Is Holland’ and takes place between 18:00 and 20:00 on 6 February in Amsterdam. Participants will go on a virtual flying experience, soaring over the Netherlands’ most attractive locations, provided by the latest motion and projection technologies. The experience features an interactive and educational pre-show area. The designer, Leisure Expert Group, will link with the client to present the tour.

ISE Tech Tours are free to attend and available on a first come, first served basis. To register please contact: [email protected].
