Smart Building Conference: last chance for 50% ‘early bird’ discount

At the Smart Building Conference delegates will have the have the chance to join Europe’s leading experts on smart rooms, smart buildings, and smart homes during a packed day of presentations, debate and networking in a twin streamed conference that combines plenary sessions with specific tracks covering commercial buildings and smart home technology.

As the conference takes place on 9 February attendees will be able to attend without missing any of the three ISE exhibition days that follow. If they sign up before 16 January they will receive a 50% discount on the standard conference registration fee.

Conference chairman Bob Snyder highlighted why this conference is a perfect fit for ISE 2015: “This isn’t just about smarter buildings… it’s about smarter AV,” he said. “The transformation to a digital backbone of control in buildings changes the environment that AV operates in – and even offers some new business opportunities to AV integrators.”

The keynote will be given by Rogier van der Heide, the international award-winning lighting designer and TEDx speaker who will address how lighting is becoming smarter. For fans of the Hollywood film, Minority Report the founder and CEO of Oblong Industries, John Underkoffler, will present on workplace collaboration. His well-known work at MIT served as the basis for the futuristic displays seen in the movie, and delegates will see his latest vision of the future in Amsterdam.
