Perhaps better known for its solutions for multimedia presentations and show control, AV Stumpfl also has a range of projection screens – and is showcasing them at ISE 2015.
The company’s borderless Fullwhite projection screen is now available in more compact packaging dimensions to allow for easier transportation. To reduce the risk of surface damage and simplify the mounting process, the
Fullwhite Compact is available with what AV Stumpfl describes as innovative setup supports. A variety of standard formats is offered, but the company points out that the screen is a modular system and can therefore also be made to measure for applications such as panoramic soft edge projection.
The Fullwhite screen is said to be very popular for flying screen applications and features numerous different mounting solutions; multiple Fullwhite projection screens can also be connected to create projected walls or cubes. It consists of a basic frame that can be sized to any format by adding or removing plug-in elements, a principle that AV Stumpfl has used on its Vario type mobile projection screens for many decades.
The VarioClip screen is now available with AV Stumpfl’s VarioLock fast locking mechanism which is said to allow for quick, tool-free connection. The VarioClip was, according to the company, designed in response to problems faced in the rental/staging industry of projection screens becoming too tight in cold winter operations – but too loose in warm, wet environments.
