The Jarvis meeting room tablet, supporting the remote management of fully equipped function rooms, is on show at the Glory Star Group stand. Supporting end-to-end meeting room management, Jarvis supports room booking, equipment reservation and communication, such as reminders, with all participants.
The solution aims to ensure the full utilisation of all function rooms at all times. Users can control meeting room booking traffic via access control and a lighting signal showing the status of various rooms (available, ready to use, occupied) helps to avoid interruption.
The tablet size is 10in, but it can be customised, while VESA mounting supports wall or desk mount options. It supports POE, with a single cable required to connect WiFi and power. The tablet connects to smartphones and PCs through an app.
