MultiTaction demonstrated its range of visual collaboration tools – which includes both multi-touch hardware and software – at ISE 2018.
CEO Pete Malcolm (pictured) told the ISE Daily: “We’re just over 10 years old. For the first eight years we concentrated on hardware, but it’s been more software-focused in the last two. We can build our displays as large as anybody wants – 55in is the biggest so far.”
He added: “MT Showcase is a rich media presentation application, and the customer can create this content themselves. You can also tell the wall to run a completely different application, and within seconds it will come up. When making a change in MT Showcase Editor, it instantaneously changes the wall.”
MultiTaction’s key products also include the MT Canvus and MT Canvus Connect advanced visual collaboration software. Malcolm explained: “This system is all about visualisation and productivity. Canvas can work in single user mode and allows you to create content on the fly, which you can scale up and down. The great thing about Canvas Connect is that it gives you the ability to replicate this in multiple places at once – you can connect literally hundreds of clients.”
On the hardware side of things MultiTaction has a variety of iWall screens – from its 55in Full HD LCD stackable display through to its curved iWall, which is available in a curve of six or 12 displays.
