Multi-touch display gets ahead in the cloud

The new 84in Multi Touch LED LCD from Triumph Board is a fully integrated Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) display designed to be an effective presentation tool for any meeting room or classroom. Its infrared LED optical technology allows 10 finger touch, and up to six users can write or draw simultaneously using fingers, stylus or even a pointer.

It comes with the Android operating system, but can be fitted with an optional built-in mini PC with either Intel Core i5 or i7 processors and Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro (OEM), plus a selection of language options and preinstalled applications. There are also a wide range of accessories such as LiftBoxes or mobile stands. I/O includes: 4 HDMI in, VGA out; Coax out; 3 audio out; 3 audio in; 3 VGA in; USB 3.0; USB 2.0; LAN (RJ45); RS 232; CVBS.

It comes with Triumph Cloud, the online annotation software with cloud data storage, as well as TB Comenius Lite (instant desktop annotation software), Display Note (cloud-based collaboration software); MyScript Stylus (handwriting recognition software for keyboard-free typing into any text field, in any application) and RM Easiteach Next Generation (comprehensive educational and teaching software).

There is also a new Local Virtual Server Solution for Triumph Cloud, which offers users the increased security of operating data on their own servers. Triumph Board will supply virtual machines to the customer to deliver this service, which is based on VMware technology, and customers will be able to manage the cloud application and administrate basic server functions via a web interface.

The virtual server installation includes EC-Tools Server, Appache-Web Server, mySQL Database server, and node server modules. Triumph Cloud is currently localised in 27 languages
