The company’s digital signage software also prevents no-shows. Meetings are automatically cancelled if the host doesn’t confirm the start of the meeting on the meeting room sign – thus freeing up the room for others to use.
The software includes templates with various layouts for customising to fit a company’s visual identity. Users can dress up the template with a corporate logo, colours, and branding, or even call on the Add-On Products team to do the customisations for you. It’s compatible with iPad, Android, and Windows hardware and is compatible with Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online (Office365).
