On its stand, the KNX Association is welcoming systems integrators and manufacturers to introduce them to the benefits of getting on board with the open home and building control technology.
Within the KNX home protocol and system, which is manufacturer independent, end users are able to add whichever home automation technologies they chose to their buildings rather than being walled in by proprietary systems. This open and future-proofed aspect is set to be of interest to system integrators, stated the Association.
For manufacturers, becoming a member of the Association means they can use KNX in their products and offerings. The KNX Association membership has risen from 350 at ISE 20215, to over 400 today.
