Visitors can try out Keonn’s AdvanLook RFID recommendation system for retail during the show, which detects tagged items and immediately displays videos, pictures and information on each one.
AdvanLook also provides recommendations and allows shoppers to share product information on social media, including Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
The content and user interface of AdvanLook can be updated remotely, by means of the AdvanCloud cloud-based software where all events are stored, and can then be analysed for business intelligence purposes. This enables AdvanLook to generate information about user interests and helps increase sales at retail stores – by up to 25% according to Keonn – and helps to improve the customer shopping experience.
