Intelligent multifunctional keyboard technology is on display at the Wey Technology stand for the first time at ISE 2015.
The Wey Smart Touch, with a 10in touchscreen, enables users to display a variety of information, directly execute complex and application-specific inputs and view video streams.
Conventional keys and keypads are available for those who prefer physical keys. Eight keys directly control monitors and simplify user control in complex multiscreen environments.
A quick ejection mechanism releases the keyboard from its housing unit, allowing multiple users to work from the shared desk but still use their own personalised keyboard.
The Smart Touch also incorporates light sensors that automatically adjust the brightness of the screen. Movement sensors detect user presence, putting the keyboard into sleep mode when unattended and waking it up again when the user returns to the desk.
