InfoComm FlashTracks cover hot topics throughout ISE

Learn how to manage change orders on a project; explore social marketing for AV pros; and hear from Certified Technology Specialists (CTS) about how certification helps them on the job - just some of the many topics featured in InfoComm’s FlashTracks programme at ISE this week.

Designed for AV professionals of all experience levels, the free 20-minute presentations serve up hot industry topics with short excerpts from InfoComm University courses packing in practical and applicable ideas and skills. Attendees can get an update on the AV market based on the latest InfoComm research and pick up .5 Renewal Units to boot.

“InfoComm’s three-tiered programme at ISE gives attendees a variety of different ways to engage with us,” said Bill Thomas, director of intentional education at InfoComm (pictured). “There really is something for everyone, and in formats that should fit their busy schedules at the show. The bite-sized FlashTrack sessions offer a way to get substantive information and insight on a wide variety of subjects in a casual setting. People can take a break between booth visits, learn something, have fun, earn credit towards their CTS renewal, then head to their next appointment. And then they can come back for more later because a new FlashTrack session kicks off every 30 minutes.”

All FlashTrack sessions are at a special InfoComm stand and are part of the organisation’s three-pronged approach to industry training here at ISE alongside InfoComm Conferences and Masterclasses.

“Do swing by for the final FlashTrack on Wednesday and Thursday for Quiz the Wiz, which is really a chance to talk AV over a pint and pretzels,” adds Thomas.
Stand: 12-N100
