The new IF Series displays are the latest extension of Samsung’s Smart LED Signage lineup, engineered to help businesses gain an extra edge in crowded indoor environments.
Featuring Samsung’s video processing and specialised LED HDR picture technologies, the IF Series displays optimise LED brightness and overall presentation to create a more inviting and memorable viewing experience, according to the company. As an added advantage, the displays enable users to showcase a variety of content formats without incurring additional operational burdens.
The IF Series incorporates a host of LED-customised display features that add realism and detail to content. These unified features include scene adaptation that analyses and fine tunes greyscale levels within each frame to maximise contrast, and a complementary algorithm that removes glare and produces a more engaging and comfortable viewing experience.
To further enhance on-screen brightness, the IF Series displays use dynamic peaking to modify current control and colour compensation together with power consumption levels. As a result, the displays can achieve peak brightness levels up to two times higher than that of standard LED maximum brightness specs. The result is a mix of content brilliance and low operational cost that benefits any indoor business, claims the company.
A slim design and refined mechanical structure offer users greater installation flexibility and make the IF Series an all-encompassing LED alternative, according to Samsung. Full-front and rear service capabilities enable more convenient and quick-turn maintenance. Additionally, the displays can be installed cleanly without catwalk space.
