Hybrid work and shared immersive spaces

Since the pandemic, Igloo Vision has been working to develop its software to make hybrid working even easier. The latest update from the firm’s extensive software suite, Igloo Control Panel is presented for the first time anywhere at ISE 2022 and can be found on the Epson stand.

“We’re excited to show off Igloo Control Panel for the first time here at ISE 2022,” said Jake Rowland, head of business development EMEA, Igloo Vision. “Immersive workspaces are transforming office spaces worldwide. For those looking to make hybrid work, work, an Igloo immersive space opens up a world of opportunities for both in-person and remote employees.”

With greater functionality for video conferencing the new Panel is intended to make the experience inside and outside of an Igloo space more inclusive for all.

There’s a bespoke Control Panel for controlling and interacting with the Igloo immersive space. With it, users can display video calls, share the whole or parts of the Igloo canvas to remote colleagues, control multiple sources of input and use integrated apps.

The software also enables users to show, hide, move and scale different sources, without the need the need to jump between different apps. These sources can be controlled directly from within the panel too.
