Claimed to be the world’s first Full HD ultra-short throw projector with interactive finger touch control, Vivitek is showcasing the DH758USTIR along with NovoConnect, Vivitek’s wireless collaboration solution.
The Vivitek DH758USTIR is designed for installation in classrooms and other environments where space may be limited. The projector can be extended with the optional Interactive Finger Touch module which transforms the whiteboard into an interactive screen that can simultaneously sense up to four touch points on the screen.
For those that prefer still to use a pen, two stylus pens are included. The projector is capable of projecting a 100in image from an ultra-short distance, avoiding having shadow on the screen from presenters or users of the whiteboard.
NovoConnect is said to be ideal for conducting presentations on-the-go from multiple tablet devices (up to 64 connections). At what the company claims is a fraction of the cost of similar wireless BYOD solutions,
NovoConnect features wireless presentation, 4-to-1 projection, and cross-operating system (PC/tablets) support as well as on-screen annotation.
