ISE 2014 saw the official launch of the Genelec 4010 – one of the company’s 4000 series of AV installation loudspeakers.
Visitors to the stand were able to hear a working demo of the 4010, which delivers a big sound in a small package using Class D amplifiers and proprietary drivers. It also delivers energy efficiency with ISS functionality and comes in a recycled aluminium enclosure.
The compact model offers controlled directivity for acoustically challenging environments, while also featuring installation-friendly features including the Phoenix terminals.
The Genelec 4000 Series has been pitched at installations that require music playback, particularly for critical commercial installations.

This model delivers audio output to the same sonic standard as the 4040, the largest model in the series.”
