Inclusiveness in AV is on the agenda tomorrow afternoon in the ISE Main Stage in Hall 8 (Stand E400). A panel discussion on diversity in the AV industry at 4pm will be followed by a Women in AV (WAVE) networking event at 5pm.
Hosted by AV Magazine, the diversity panel discussion will feature Sanj Surati, digital atelier and founder of Tiger Heart; Denise Nemchev, president and CEO, tvONE; and Amanda Eberle Boyer, senior director of member services, AVIXA. The panel will be chaired by Clive Couldwell, editor, AV Magazine.
This will be followed at 5pm by the Women in AV (WAVE) networking event, sponsored by ISE. Women in AV is part of a growing band of groups aiming to attract more females to the industry and for them to consider the abundant opportunities a career in this field can offer. On this occasion Toni Moss, MD of CDEC and Sadie Groom, MD of Bubble Agency will be sharing an update on the WAVE mentoring programme.
