A new family of Color E-Paper displays is being introduced by Samsung at ISE 2026, Stand 3F500. The 32- and 13-inch models are now available, while the 10- and 20-inch versions arrive later this year.

Their paper-thin design means the 32-inch weighs about 2kg, “making it very light, very versatile in terms of placement, handling and ease of use,” said Adam Brooks, Samsung’s head of QSR (quick-serve restaurants). As they only use power when you change the content, the “embedded USB-C chargeable battery can last two months where content changes daily”.
They can be controlled via a new Samsung app for creating and uploading content on the fly, ideal for smaller users, but are also integrated with Samsung’s VXT CMS for multi-site applications.
VXT can control a wide range of different displays, including Samsung’s new Micro RGB – claimed as a world first, it uses tiny RGB backlights with local dimming to deliver greater detail and true-to-life colours. Brooks feels it would be ideal for retailers “to create that wow moment in store”.
