Discover how creativity can unlock your business at Daniel Lamarre’s Closing Keynote

Attendees on the last day of ISE 2017 looking for inspiration to take home with them will have the unique opportunity to experience first-hand the thoughts and insights of one of the world’s leading international business development executives.

Daniel Lamarre, the President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil, will present the show’s Closing Keynote speech on Friday 10 February 2017. The theme for his speech will be: How unlocking creativity and embracing new technology can grow your business.

Lamarre is responsible for Cirque du Soleil’s business and creative strategy. The company operates across five continents and is the world’s largest theatrical production company.

He commented:My presentation’s main focus will be the importance of stimulating creativity, as a daily priority, in an organisation. For us, at Cirque du Soleil, we’re in ‘show business’ industry but the show comes first. There is an inherent need to nurture creativity throughout the company, from creating an inspiring working environment to harnessing your own employees’ creativity through various programmes, and even the art of identifying the right people at all levels.”

Cirque du Soleil has been at the cutting edge of live entertainment creation and production for over 30 years with shows such as Quidam, Saltimbanco and Amaluna combining stunning acrobatics, theatrics, visuals and music. Cirque du Soleil has consistently shown how creative expression can benefit from the adoption of the latest audio-visual technologies when used to enhance and compliment a show’s key storylines.

The Closing Keynote opens the last day of each ISE. It brings ISE attendees together with some of the world’s leading business leaders for an hour of thought proving presentation and Q&A.
