CoverPlus365 gets ISE launch

Alongside new projector launches, Epson is showcasing a new pre- and post-sale service and support programme. CoverPlus365 gives installation customers direct access to trained Epson experts, who can provide guidance and support at all stages, from pre-sales advice, to complex system integration and installation. They will also provide training and advice to ensure customers have the necessary skills to identify and resolve faults quickly, should they arise.

The European launch at ISE 2015 follows a successful trial in the UK. Customers will have access to spare projectors, lamps and filters to store on their site, helping provide maximum continuity and keep downtime to an absolute minimum, which Epson notes is ideal for business critical installations.

“CoverPlus365 provides our customers with unmatched service responsiveness and will help us cement our growing reputation for providing unrivalled support and assistance to the AV market,” said Daniel Rose, product manager, Epson Europe.

ISE 2015 also marks the first European showing of Epson’s new EH-LS10000 laser projector, its first to feature 4K enhancement technology. It utilises a dual laser light source to deliver what Epson says are absolute blacks and the company’s widest colour gamut.

The company is also exhibiting an update to its EB-G6000 range of corporate and higher education installation projectors.
