Hunt: “A big focus on getting a consistent user interface”

Uniguest is rolling out the welcome mat in Hall 5. The secure engagement technology developer has spent the past few years expanding via strategic acquisitions, mergers and partnerships, and is using ISE to present a cohesive front.

Lee Hunt, UK & Ireland sales manager at Tripleplay by Uniguest, said: “What we’re trying to do is get the message out who Uniguest is and unify all those brands together. There’s been a big focus on getting a consistent user interface right across the portfolio, looking for consistency and people recognising that brand. For example, all of the logos are very complimentary.”

“We’re delivering across a number of verticals with a first-class offering, pushing out enterprise video, digital signage, video streaming and in- room guest entertainment,” he added.

Hunt said that Tripleplay has been enhanced with new features: “It’s almost a seamless non-CMS experience for non-technical users The key focus is making it as touch-free as possible.”
