Are you hitting up AVIXA’s variety of professional education sessions this week at the show? With more than 60 sessions, there’s something for every level of AV professional.
This year the education programme has shifted from predominantly technical content to sessions that focus on creating integrated experiences, reflecting the association’s new brand and mission. To highlight the changing expectations of the industry, AVIXA has created four distinct education tracks to make it simple for attendees to choose sessions that are relevant to them.
Each education session follows one of the four tracks, which are:
• User Experience: This track examines AV through the eyes of the end user and features engaging discussions, case studies, and activities to help attendees create exceptional experiences for their clients.
• AV/IT: Attendees explore the challenges and opportunities in the ever-evolving digital world by studying the latest protocols and applications.
• Design: System design is transforming into integrated experience design, and the rules are changing. The design track features sessions to help AV professionals develop better design strategies.
• Emerging Trends: What’s new in technology, business, and end-user culture? The emerging trends sessions focus on latest trends in the evolving AV industry.

Such deep dives into topics will take you to the classroom, in Hall 13, rooms D203 or D204, whereas FlashTrack sessions (free, 20-minute presentations on a variety of subjects) are hosted at the AVIXA stand (13-N110).
