AVI-SPL puts the customer first

Since AVI-SPL launched its Global Accounts Management (GAM) programme three years ago this month, GAM has saved multinational companies millions of dollars. Those savings have come through effective, easy-to-use solutions for unified communications and collaboration, the efficient use of real estate, and an infrastructure that reduces the burden on internal support. 

For each GAM account, AVI-SPL develops a long-term, vendor-agnostic approach that includes a technology lifecycle to support the client’s overall goals and needs. AVI-SPL applies that strategy through its own resources, which are local to the client’s locations.

“Our local capabilities, combined with our talent for big-picture strategy, are how we keep the customer’s needs and goals front-and-centre,” says James Shanks, AVI-SPL’s managing director for EMEA.

A section of the AVI-SPL stand at ISE is devoted to sharing the details of its services and providing demos of its AV Award-winning AVI-SPL Symphony user experience management application.

The 2019 AV Awards also recognised AVI-SPL’s talent for customer service when it named AVI-SPL its International Integrator of the Year. Additionally, at the 2019 SAMA Excellence Awards in Strategic Account Management, AVI-SPL picked up two awards for its GAM program. One of those awards included Outstanding Young SAM Program of the Year, which recognised AVI-SPL’s focus on customer outcomes.
