Making screens more easily mobile will be one of the themes of Audipack’s presence at ISE 2020. On its stand, the company will demonstrate its FSW-100 and FSW-200 Hercules systems, which are designed to address the challenges posed by transporting and setting up large screens. The Hercules systems are designed to turn that into a one-person job.
The secret, the company says, lies in a self-unloading floor stand that removes itself from the flight case and raises the screen to the desired presentation height. Either landscape or portrait mode can be chosen. Once unloaded, the user is still able to move the system around without needing the flight case.
Also on show is Audipack’s solution to mounting large, heavy projectors on trusses. The BJ-PRO ball-joint series is a quick install mechanism that is designed to eliminate the risk of falling tools or overtightening bolts. It has a holding force of up to 250kg at a 15° angle and is said to be compatible with the stack frames of the best-known brands. Three models are available, from basic to one equipped with fine-tune adjustments.
